Welcome to Spiralsoft Elite! By using our software, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Introduction

Spiralsoft Elite, owned by Spiralsoft Enterprise (Pty) Ltd., is an all-in-one accounting, stock management, and POS system. By accessing or using Spiralsoft Elite, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Spiralsoft Elite for lawful purposes only. You are prohibited from:

Sharing your login credentials with unauthorized parties.
Using the software for illegal activities or to breach security systems.
Altering or attempting to reverse-engineer any part of the software.

3. User Accounts

Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password.
Spiralsoft Enterprise (Pty) Ltd. encrypts all passwords to ensure security.
The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Data Usage and Sharing

Spiralsoft Elite requires users to log into their email accounts for sending emails through Google or Microsoft APIs.
Email access is set up only with user consent during account configuration.
All databases, including user data and backups, are securely hosted in Microsoft Azure environments, ensuring robust safety and compliance standards.

5. Limitations of Liability

Spiralsoft Enterprise (Pty) Ltd. is not responsible for:
- Loss of data caused by user actions or external events.
- Unauthorized access to user accounts due to weak passwords or negligence.
- Issues arising from third-party service providers, such as Microsoft or Google.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Spiralsoft Elite if users violate these Terms or if required by legal authorities.
